Rent or Lease at the ABC Community Hub at Paris Elementary

About

After a lot of logistical planning within Phase 1 of building the ABC Community Hub, we are now in Phase 2 of opening space for rentals and leases. We have create an equity-based lease and rental rate to ensure the ABC Community Hub is affordable and accessible even as a commercial A grade building. The building is owned by APS and  the lease agreement with the APS is signed with YAASPA as the landlord. So, all lease agreements and facility rentals, must be approved by YAASPA alongside the ABC Collective governing partners. Please see below more about the facility rental and lease process.

What can I rent space for?

We have repurposed the space into a community hub anchored in social determinants of health, so we are open to anything from events focused on civic engagement, elders, family, healing, health, wellness, and beyond. Folks have rented space for baby showers, to multi-day camps. Reach out and we will work with you to talk through if your event is a fit for the hub.

How do I go about renting or leasing at the community hub?

Because of the nature of what we are building, we have created a relational process that provides you with the opportunity to tour and see what will best fit your needs. Please complete the lease and rental interest form and Kianne Keil will be in touch with you about setting up a time to learn more about your space needs.
